Naomi Wark lives with her husband on Camano Island, Washington. She loves the natural beauty of the island. When she is not writing, she volunteers with the local food bank, where she is on the board. She is active with her parish St. Vincent de Paul Society which assists those in the community in need. She is also active with the Skagit Valley Writer's League, EPIC Group Writers,  Pacific Northwest Writers Assoc. , and her critique group, Sno-Isle Writers. She loves spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. To quote Archbishop Desmond Tutu, "You don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them." It is up to each of us to value the treasure of our families.
